NextWave Wireless Announces Change in Record Date and Date of 2009 Annual Meeting of Stockholders
SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 2, 2009-- NextWave Wireless Inc. (NASDAQ: WAVE) ("NextWave") today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has opted to change the annual general shareholder meeting for the year 2009 to 10 a.m. PST, Thursday, June 11, 2009, at the Del Mar Doubletree Hotel at 11915 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130.
The Company has also reset April 22, 2009 as the record date for the annual general shareholder meeting and will file an updated proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission in the near future.
The company also announced that earlier today it filed its Annual Report on Form 10K with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the fiscal year which ended December 27, 2008.
